Customer/Tech Support Rep

Job Description and Requirements:
- Support Snappii customers who are building apps using the Snappii Platform
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems
- Knowledge and use of mobile devices especially Apple and Android a plus!
- Avid user of many apps
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Solid knowledge of computers, Windows operating system, Office Applications.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand Russian language is a big plus
- Customer/Technical Support 2-3 years
- Sales experience a plus!!!!

Inside Sales Representative

If you are looking for the opportunity to join a fast paced company in the mobile app space Snappii may be the place for you. We are looking for an experienced sales representative. Minimum experience of 5 years, with a track record of success. The individual we are looking for must be articulate, self-motivated, and have a basic understanding of Smartphones, and mobile apps.
