Public App is an app for wide public usage which is published into Apple and Android Appstores.
You should have your own Apple and Google Developer licences. Snappii does not guarantee Apple or Android will accept published apps.

Private App is an app for internal usage by a certain group of email addresses which is not published to Apple and Android Appstores.
Are the Apps hybrid or web apps?
No. They are 100% native Apps built using Objective-C and Java respectively using Apple and Google SDKs.
